Postcolonialism by Bill Ashcroft

                                

        Today, we are going to discuss about the theory of post colonialism. so first thing comes to in our mind that what is post colonialism.         

                      Introduction

                                  The post colonialism is one of the literary theory or Historical period, it has been focus on the reality of the man's thoughts. so in that term people are thinking that we are superior person from the earth, so they have felt that we are people of majority.

                       Also, one of the most Important writer is Bill Ashcroft.             

                                 Bill Ashcroft is an Australian professorial fellow in university of new south wales, Australia. He is other and co Author of sixteen books, He wrote many books like a key concept in post colonial studies, The Empire writes back, post colonial transformation, on post colonial futures etc.

                                          Bill Ashcroft born 1 October 1952 is an English retired foot baller, who played both as a central defender and as a forward.

                             

       

so the today's session Ashcroft describes so many things about the post colonialism.He described that what is post colonialism and what are the critical thoughts of the post colonial theory

                      what is post colonialism?

       post colonialism means one country had been  reign to another countries people .Generally, Britishars were believing that the we are superior from the another country so There are so may people living like a different from the little cast so that's reason is one people have majority and one person is like a with out saties fiction of life. 

                 These are the three things is useful for us .

• Colonization                                                                                                             so it means that the one develop country reign on the another country so people are living to be major or head of the country, so we can say that the this is the major colonization of that country.                                                                                            
• Decolonization                                                                                        The decolonization means one country has freedom from the another country so people are free to give his ideas and also they will be living through the  full freedom of the life.                           
•    post colonial period                                                                                                                            post colonial literature is the literature by people from formerly colonized countries. post colonial theory is a literary theory that deals with literature product in countries that were once or are now colonies of  other countries.                                                                                      
• Important concept                                                                                                                  Othering                                                                                                                                                     It means one people is doing outrage on the another people some people are looking  like a slave of the another people.Example : man can outrage on the woman.

• Hybridity                                                                                               Hybridity means one person goes to another country and after he is mixing both the culture so we can say that that is double consciousness.
